Withdrawal policy
This policy defines the procedure for withdrawing funds from an Alif AI account. We want you to know all the terms before your first request: methods, timelines, limits and the situations that can cause a delay. By activating an account and making your first deposit you agree to this policy.
1. Introduction and user consent
Withdrawing your funds is one of your basic rights: unimpeded access to your money is the condition of our trust relationship. At the same time a withdrawal is a financial operation and, by law, must pass certain checks. This policy is aligned with the deposit and withdrawal methods page: the numbers and timelines are identical on both pages.
2. Available withdrawal methods
Three official methods exist: transfer to a Tajik bank account, refund to a Visa card and refund to a Mastercard. A request can only be created from your own personal dashboard: withdrawals by phone or email are not accepted. For your security, withdrawals usually return through the same channel you used to deposit.
3. Processing timelines
Requests are reviewed during business hours. Bank transfers and card refunds take 1 to 5 business days: the final timing is set by the receiving bank. The platform's internal balance decreases within one business day; the remaining time sits on the bank's side. On public holidays the timeline may grow by one day.
4. Fees and charges
The platform charges no fee for withdrawals. Bank network or payment-provider costs, where they exist, are shown before you confirm the request: there are no hidden payments. If a currency conversion is needed, its cost is disclosed separately.
5. Withdrawal limits
The minimum withdrawal depends on the method: for cards the smallest amount usually equals the minimum deposit. The maximum per request, and the daily and weekly caps, follow your tier: the relevant numbers are visible in the request dashboard. For large requests we may ask for an additional confirmation from you.
6. KYC/AML checks
Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Individual requests may require a short explanation of the source of funds: this is part of the official requirements in force. The full verification procedure is described on the KYC/AML page.
7. Reasons for delay or refusal
A request may be delayed or declined when: the bank details are wrong or incomplete; identity verification has not finished; the requested amount exceeds the available balance; previous operations show suspicious signs; a technical fault has occurred on the bank or provider side. In every case we write the actual reason and the way to resolve it: refusal without explanation does not exist.
8. User responsibility
The correctness of your bank details is your responsibility: the account or card number must be real and in your own name. Requests to another person's account, including relatives, are not accepted. If funds go to the wrong place because of incorrect details you provided, we help where we can, but we are not responsible for the bank's return timeline.
9. Cancelling or changing a request
A request can be cancelled in the personal dashboard until processing starts; after that the cancel button is disabled. To change the amount or the channel, cancel the request and create a new one. If the request has already gone to the bank, changes are impossible and the transfer must complete.
10. Support
For the status of a request, reasons for delay or suspected errors, write to [email protected]. A reply usually arrives within one business hour. Include the request number and its date in your letter: it speeds up the check. The status of every request is visible in the personal dashboard under History.
11. Policy updates
We may update this policy following changes in the law or in provider conditions. The new version takes effect from publication on this page; material changes are announced by email. Requests accepted before an update are processed under the version in force at the time of acceptance.
Concrete examples: what to expect
Example 1: withdrawal to a card. On Monday you create a 3,000 TJS request to your Visa card. Monday morning it enters processing: the internal balance decreases. On Tuesday it passes to the issuing bank. By Thursday or Friday the funds land on the card. Total: three to five business days, exactly as the table states.
Example 2: bank transfer. At submission you enter your account's IBAN. The platform processes the request within one business day, then the receiving bank takes one to four business days. If the date meets a public holiday, the timeline grows by one day: we announce this in advance.
Example 3: a declined request. Your card number was mistyped by one digit. The request is declined and the amount returns to your balance; the reason appears in the notification and by email. You enter the correct number and create a new request: no fee or penalty applies.
These examples show the general timeline pattern. Each real case can differ, but the logic is one: fast internal processing and the bank's standard transfer time. The status of every request is visible under History.
Five practical tips for trouble-free withdrawals
First: check your bank details once before creating a request: one wrong digit costs three business days of waiting. Second: split large requests into two or three parts if your bank sets per-transfer limits. Third: plan ahead: do not request right before a holiday or weekend if you need the funds urgently.
Fourth: keep your payment confirmations: if funds do not arrive, they are your strongest evidence. Fifth: follow request statuses in the dashboard, not in your mailbox: email can lag, the dashboard is always current. These five rules prevent nearly every ordinary mishap.
