Getting started: the platform guide

This page is for people arriving at Alif AI for the first time. After reading it you will be able to create an account, activate it, make your first deposit and watch a strategy work, without getting lost in complex terms. Every step is written with exact actions and practical tips.

Step 1: Registration

A short form, a strong password and two-factor authentication.

Step 2: Exchange connection

Account activation and API permission setup.

Step 3: Analysis and monitoring

Pairs, alerts and following the market.

Step 4: Account management

Personal dashboard, reports and withdrawals.

Introduction: what this page gives you

The guide covers four main steps: creating an account, activating it and connecting an exchange, setting up the analysis, and the platform's daily use. We wrote it for the user who has never entered a trading platform before: every technical term is explained in plain words the moment it appears. If a question remains after reading, your personal manager is always in touch.

Step 1: Creating an account

Fill in the registration form on the homepage or the account page: your full name, email and phone number are enough. Choose a long, unique password: at least 10 characters with capital letters and numbers; reusing a password from another site has serious consequences. After sending the form, confirm your email: without confirmation the account does not activate.

Immediately after signing in, go to settings and enable two-factor authentication (2FA): an authenticator app or SMS codes. Keep the 2FA backup codes somewhere safe: they work when you lose your phone. This single step reduces the risk of account exposure several times over.

Step 2: Account activation and exchange connection

After registration your personal manager contacts you and explains the activation process step by step. The technical part involves connecting the platform to an exchange for trading: it happens through an API key. The key is created in your profile and has three permission levels: read, trade and withdraw. For a strategy to work, read plus trade is enough; do not enable withdrawal rights without a specific need.

When creating keys, set an expiry date and restrict the allowed IP addresses: even if a key leaks, this limits what can be done with it. Create keys only in the official profile and never store them in email or messages. Your manager will walk through all of this with you during the first conversation.

Step 3: Analysis setup and market monitoring

In the Strategy section you see the list of tracked pairs: currency pairs, stocks and digital assets. Consider which group suits you: for a start, one moderate group is usually enough. Then choose your risk level: it defines the size of each operation and the acceptable loss limit. Configure alerts: notifications about large moves or strategy changes arrive by email.

Following the market is not your job: the algorithm performs the analysis. Your task is supervising the results: once a week, look at the working report and consult your manager if anything is unclear. In the History section every strategy action is recorded with time and price: the transparency is complete.

Step 4: The personal dashboard and account management

The personal dashboard is the control centre: your balance, operation history, monthly reports and withdrawal requests live there. Spend one minute each week: watch the balance changes and compare the numbers with the report. Create a withdrawal request in the Funds section: amount, channel and final confirmation. The request status updates in the same place.

Settings are managed in the dashboard too: contact details, password, 2FA, keys and active devices. Review them at set times (for example at the start of each month): outdated details can delay operations. For any technical question about the dashboard, bilingual support is nearby.

You must know: risk and responsibility

The platform does not assure profit: any trade can bring a loss, and past results do not promise future ones. Automation does not mean safety: the algorithm follows your instructions, but the final decision and the invested amount are yours. Commit only spare funds and define your maximum acceptable loss in advance. Read the details on the risk disclosure page.

Keep the important places in mind too: if you suspect fraud, the fraud warning page helps; if something goes wrong, the complaint procedure is clear. Your data rights are protected by the privacy policy.

Recommended pages after this guide

We recommend four pages to continue. Fees and pricing: tiers and all costs. Deposit and withdrawal methods: the method table with timelines. Crypto basics: if digital assets are new to you. FAQ: short answers to the most common questions. Each takes a few minutes to read and completes your picture of the platform.

Which tier to choose

If trading is new to you, start with the Basic tier at 2,500 TJS. That amount is enough to see the platform work while your risk stays moderate. After a month or two, when you understand the reports and the strategy's behaviour, you can move to a higher level.

The Advanced tier (from 15,000 TJS) suits those who have completed a full cycle and want wider capabilities. The Premium tier (from 50,000 TJS) adds more personal service. The core difference is volume and access: the analysis system is the same in all three tiers. Full details for every tier are on the fees and pricing page.

Moving between tiers works at any time: upgrades apply immediately, downgrades from the next working cycle. Your manager never pushes you: they explain your situation and the decision stays yours.

Questions worth asking your manager

Four questions matter most in the first conversation. First: "How does my strategy behave in bad market periods?" The answer shows how the protective mechanisms act. Second: "What is my maximum monthly loss?" Compare that figure with your own calculation.

Third: "When and where do I see the reports?" Learn the reporting days and their format in advance. Fourth: "If I have a question, whom and when do I contact?" Write down the main channel and the working hours. These four answers build clear communication with the platform.

Record the answers somewhere: they will be useful several times in the early period. Managers welcome these questions too: a clear conversation sets everything straight from the start and lays the ground for long-term cooperation.
