Withdrawal methods
You can withdraw your funds through three local methods. The platform charges no fee for any of them; the timelines are realistic and set by the banks involved. Withdrawal requests are created in your personal dashboard, where you also follow their status.

Identity verification (KYC) is completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals usually return through the same method you used to deposit: this follows applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.
Deposit methods
Three familiar methods are available for topping up your account. All transfers are made in TJS with no platform commission.

After the transfer your balance updates instantly or within 24 hours. If the funds do not arrive within that window, write to support with your payment receipt and we will trace it.
