1. Use of the website and services

You may use the Alif AI website to learn about the platform, read educational materials and submit a contact request. User accounts are opened to persons at least 18 years old. Activating a trading account requires identity verification and acceptance of the trading service terms.

We may update site features and add new services. We announce material changes by email or on the site before they take effect.

2. Restrictions

The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Executing trading operations through the site is possible only within your own verified account. We may limit or terminate the access of users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

The platform does not assure any profit or full protection of capital. All investment outcomes move with market conditions, and the final responsibility for each decision rests with the user.

3. Marketing materials and newsletters

With your consent we may send messages related to your account, the status of your operations and platform offers to your email or phone. Marketing messages are sent only with your separate consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Service notifications (for example security alerts or withdrawal request statuses) are not marketing messages and are considered necessary for account safety.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo, analysis system and other elements of the Alif AI website belong to the platform or its lawful partners. Copyright is protected by applicable law. Commercial copying without written permission is prohibited.

Use of the Alif AI logo or name on third-party sites, documents or advertising is permitted only with our written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Personal data is processed according to the platform's privacy policy, which is an integral part of these terms. The policy explains in detail the categories of data collected, processing purposes, retention periods and your rights.

By submitting the registration form you allow your data to be processed for account setup and for contacting you. Data is shared with third parties only in the cases provided for by the policy.

6. Links

The platform's pages may contain links to external resources (for example educational sites or third-party services). We do not constantly control the content of third-party sites and are not responsible for them. Check their terms yourself before using external resources.

7. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to violate applicable laws, publish spam or unwanted mass messages, attack the site infrastructure, attempt unauthorised access to internal systems, or infringe the intellectual property of others. These actions carry both legal consequences and termination of access.

Also prohibited: using another user's account, submitting false information during identity verification, and using the platform for money laundering or unlawful exchange.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided "as is". We give no warranty of uninterrupted availability or absolute security: every online system can experience a temporary technical fault. We aim to correct faults promptly.

Market information, analysis and illustrative calculations are informational in nature and are not an assurance of investment results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect damages (including lost profit) arising from use of the site or from third-party services. The platform's total liability never exceeds the commissions collected during the last three months.

This limitation does not affect rights that consumer protection laws may grant you on other grounds.

11. Indemnity

If third-party actions cause damage to the platform and we are forced to pay compensation, you agree to hold your account harmless from such claims. You also agree that you manage your financial operations independently and commit only the funds you can spare.

Closing provisions

The terms take effect from the moment the updated version is published. When material changes occur, the revision date on this page is updated. If a provision is invalidated by a competent authority, the remaining terms continue in force.

These terms are interpreted under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. All formal legal claims are reviewed according to the dispute resolution procedure described on the complaints page.

Worked examples of use

Example 1: ordinary use. You open an account, deposit funds, work with a strategy and receive reports. This is full intended use with no restrictions. You may change parameters, consult your manager and withdraw funds without any lock-in.

Example 2: prohibited use. Someone tries to open ten accounts with one email, run a scripted attack on the site, or copy the platform's texts onto their own site. These actions contradict sections 4 and 7 of the terms, and the consequences are terminated access and legal liability.

Example 3: a change case. We update the fee terms and announce them on the page. If you disagree, you may close the account and withdraw the remaining balance: no closing penalty exists. These examples show that the terms are written for the platform's daily work, not for filing away.

How the terms are accepted

The terms are accepted automatically from your first use of the site: continuing to use it means consent. For a trading account, separate consent is taken during activation: it is recorded in the audit history with date and time. You may request a copy of the terms as they stood at acceptance: we will send it.

If you are under 18, or live in a country where the service is restricted, using the platform is not permitted. When in doubt, ask your manager or support: a clear answer protects you from a wrong start. The formal complaint and dispute procedure is described on the complaints page.
