Fraud warning

Our company takes every piece of information and every suspicion related to fraudulent activity very seriously. From time to time companies appear that use our name, or names similar to it, without our permission. This can create confusion and spread incorrect information about the company and its services, which is why we have published this notice.

Why this notice exists

A known brand name can be reused on social networks, lookalike websites or fake phone numbers. We want our users to be able to tell the official site apart from a fraudulent copy.

Clone companies

Clone companies copy our design, wording and identity. They have no legal connection to us and cannot perform transactions on our behalf.

How to protect yourself

Verify the official domain on this page, do not follow unfamiliar links, and share personal details only after checking the address.

If you suspect a clone company

If you suspect you are dealing with a clone company using our brand, name or logo, we recommend that you do not disclose any personal information and notify us immediately. Keep the correspondence, the site address and any receipts you were given: they help the investigation.

We constantly work on identifying clone companies, but we emphasise that some of them may remain undetected for a period of time. We always advise users to verify the legitimacy of any company they interact with online before sharing personal data or starting a business relationship. A single differing letter in a domain or email address can cost you your account balance and your peace of mind.

Regarding liability

We are aware of cases where our name and personal details have been misused for fraudulent purposes, which we cannot influence or control. While we sincerely regret the financial losses suffered by anyone affected, our company is not responsible for fraudulent operations carried out in our name.

If you receive suspicious messages or requests from "Alif AI" that differ from this website, please write to [email protected]. Our replies always come from that official address: no representative of ours will ever ask you for a password, a 2FA code or your bank card details.

A daily safety checklist

Before any important action, run five checks. First: the domain. The address bar must show alif-ai.com, not alif-ai.com-secure or monchil.alif-ai.com. Second: the sender. Official messages always come from [email protected]. Third: the demands. We never ask for a password, a 2FA code or a full card number.

Fourth: the payment route. All transfers happen only from your personal dashboard: if someone asks you to send funds directly to another card or a third-party wallet, it is fraud. Fifth: the hurry. Fraudsters usually push for a rushed decision: "now or the spot is gone". Any genuine offer can wait until tomorrow.

These five rules serve better than an hour of reading, and they work for the whole family. Share them with your relatives: most fraud victims are beaten emotionally, not technically.
